Today I had the pleasure of driving on the 10E at 6:30PM from USC to Alhambra. There was a good deal of traffic, but at least now I can say that I was the last person to really see Trunks alive. Robert needed a ride to the GameStop to pick up his pre-paid reserved copy of Halo 3 (Legendary Pack). I agreed to drop him off and pick him up at the end, not wanting to spend 5 hours of my life with a bunch of Halo nerds (no offense!).

After Waiting in Line for 5 Hours, Finally! (About 10th Person In Line)
Gabe and I came back a little early to pick him up and had to wait 40 minutes until they finally released it. Turns out there were giving out free pizza and soda to the hundred or so people waiting in line to get their copy, which I was able to get ahold of so I was happy.

Trunks Gives Onlookers a Sneak Peak
Upon exiting the store Trunks immediately began unpacking the really cool looking box he just got. Onlookers ooh-ed and ahh-ed at the shiny helmet and a few jokingly yelled, “Get Him!” We got out safely and as we drove past the remainder of the long line, Trunks showed off his prize to envious eyes.

Halo 3 has been highly anticipated and is expected to live up to the Halo name and more. If you don’t see Trunks over the next couple weeks, at least now you’ll know why.
