Catholic Big Brothers (CBB) is a weekly program where the bros drive out to Ascot Elementary and play with the kids. Each of us is paired up with a “little” whom we focus our attention but we eventually end up hanging out together as a big group. The school area features tables, such as those seen in the pictures, to do activities, a large blacktop and a playground. Elementary kids these days are fond of playing marbles (”cookies”) for “keepies,” playing cops and robbers, and Pokemon, which I thought wasn’t in anymore. I’m getting old.

Getting Involved
Typically we go to Ascot on Friday’s around 3:30PM, however the schedule is up for change and we may have two separate days to choose from to accommodate everyone’s schedules. We are encouraging more people to get involved with the program, potential big bros and big sis’s alike. To get paired up, simply contact Robert May (Philanthropy Chair: philanthropy@usczetas.com) to learn how. All it takes is a couple sheets of paperwork and an interview with Ignacio (a cool guy) who is a manager for the program.
On December 8th there is a planned all day Theme-Park Outing for bigs and littles so get on board before then!
